No, the helpdesk is manned 24 hours a day so you will speak to someone as soon as your call is answered.

No, the service is available to anybody whether contracted or not. However, our managed/contracted clients are prioritised and benefit from discounted rates (please see our managed services page).

We’d like to say that we can normally fix your problem in a short time and we carry spare parts when we visit your premises. However, sometimes we don’t carry a specific part or we are limited in the materials we can purchase during the night. We will always order parts for you and on receipt we will return to your premises and finish the repair. We will also quote for every job so you keep an eye on your budget.
